P&G Sells Oxydol to Former Employees

The Procter & Gamble Company has sold Oxydol, its oldest launder detergent brand, to two former employees who formed their own company, Redox Brands. The companies announced the deal on July 6. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. P&G will have a minority stake in the new firm. Todd Wichmann, 30, and Richard Owen, 31, each worked for about eight years for P&G. Mr. Wichmann is president of Redox Brands and Mr. Owen is chief operating officer....
